Susanna's visit to the "Farm"

My dad always called the home where we grew up and where he and my mom still live "the farm." It isn't really a farm, but a wonderful home full of even more wonderful memories, and a great place to visit and have a lot of fun! My kids take turns going to stay with Mama Leslie and Grandpappy . They LOVE getting to go by themselves to spend precious time with their grandparents! I did this with my grandparents growing up and have the most wonderful and treasured memories of being completely SPOILED by my Mama Judy and Papa. I am so grateful to my parents for taking the time to spend with my kids and making special memories that will last a lifetime!!

Susanna was the first to go this summer. Here are a few highlights of her visit:

Riding the 4 wheeler with Grandpappy.

Sitting on a horse at my dad's friend Dale's. Dale really does have some farm animals!

Dale also has some animals that you wouldn't really want to see on a farm or anywhere else, such as his boa constrictor named Humphrey.

Petting the goats.

Susanna feeding the alligators at Gator Country, Home of Big Al the alligator.

Surfing a replica Big Al!

We sure enjoyed every minute of Susanna's visit to "The Williamson Farm". She was a real trooper when we went to the Alligator Farm to feed the alligators (expect she drew the line in the dirt when it came time to hold an alligator).
